Crystal Healing is a modality that utilizes Crystals as tools to facilitate healing. In a meditative state, energy may be channeled through one or more Crystals, with the purpose of removing blockages or altering harmful patterns within the subtle bodies. As one cannot actually heal another person, the recipient of a Crystal Healing session is assisted in the process of self healing.

Dis-ease can manifest on many levels; mental, emotional or physical. The source may be located beyond the physical aspect of the body. I believe, the body consists of a spectrum of forms, physical and subtle. It is in the non-physical part of ourselves that we may discover what is causing a problem or a disease. Working with the blueprint of the soul, as a map, one can come to greater understanding of how to release destructive patterns and thereby create happiness and health. In the Crystal Healing Courses, we explore the subtle anatomy of the body. Meditation and attunement to Crystal Energy are utilized to become familiar with these aspects. As well, we study the different Crystals and how they can be used.

The Sufi poet Rumi wisely said: "Why do you stay in prison when the door is so wide open?"

This is so true in self healing. We seem to stay in "It" until we get "It". Initially, most people have to acknowledge, accept and resolve their past emotional issues, and this can be both challenging and rewarding. Care and sensitivity is taken to ensure one’s privacy and confidentiality in exploring these areas, along with nurturing support.
